Indigenous performance is on the rise as witnessed by the Indigenous Body Of Work, an impressive list of over 350 works and counting. Come witness a conversation between emerging and established Indigenous performing artists as they grapple with aesthetics and ideas critical to their practice.

Inspired by “The Cycle”, a collaboration between the National Arts Centre English Theatre, Indigenous Performing Arts Alliance (IPAA) and Debajehmujig Storytellers, this exchange places Indigenous leaders at the centre of performance exploration.

Join us as we explore the Indigenous Body Of Work with local leaders of Indigenous performance.

This event is facilitated by Cole Alvis (Métis-Irish) the Executive Director of the Indigenous Performing Arts Alliance.
